Every year, the number of pilots working in the United States is falling. There is a high demand for experienced pilots in the United States. If you are an experienced pilot this might be for you.
The U.S. Government has implemented a Visa Program for foreign professionals who wish to work in this country in areas of national interest, which includes pilots, and encourages them to come to the United States.
The EB-2 NIW process was designed to address labor shortage like those plaguing the aviation industry. A National Interest Waiver eliminates the need for a job offer and the need to show that there not enough workers in the United States to work in the industry.

Contact us today and find out if you can apply with our pilot questionnaire

If you’re interested or wish to know if you’re eligible for an EB-2 NIW, you can respond a very short questionnaire to determine if you are eligible for this benefit!
